Real Magic in 'The Magic City'

Miami is known as "The Magic City" but the real magic occurs at the "Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Wynwood Design District" and it's all because of the employees who GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Osleidy, Sara, Belkis & Angel (Housekeeping), led by Maribel, Yamile, & Nancy (Housekeeping Supervisors) work tirelessly to keep your room welcoming, clean, and comfortable. They always ask, "How's everything? Can I get you anything?" and "Please let me know if you need anything."

From greeting guests to addressing any and all concerns, Alexis, Angelica, Benzen, Daniel, David, Derek, & Zully navigate the duties at the Front Desk with class, charm, and patience! The breakfast is served hot & delicious every single day but it would not be complete without the warm smiles and greetings from Lennys, Guillermo, Ingrid, Gustavo, & Thalia who make sure everything is in order and that all guests are satisfied! This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without Feliz C., Maikel M., Christofer, Pedro, Suryan, Ricardo M., & Eugenio L. I look forward to coming back in my travels! This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without Marco who is always taking care of everything with a smile on his face and a friendly greeting! I look forward to coming back in my travels! Boca Raton is a very upscale town which demands excellent service all day & everyday. The employees at the Hampton Inn of Boca Raton GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible as if you were a resident of Boca! Nadine, Marie S, & Maria (housekeeping), led by Junior work tirelessly to keep your room welcoming, clean, and comfortable. They always ask, "How's everything? Can I get you anything?" and "Please let me know if you need anything."

From greeting guests to addressing any and all concerns, Vlad, John, Jack, Clides, Cindy, Larisa, & Yash navigate the duties at the Front Desk with class, charm, and patience. The breakfast is served hot & delicious everyday but it would not be complete without the warm smiles & greetings from Dora & Carmelite who make sure everything is in order and that all guests are satisfied. This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without Jerry & Alex (Engineering). I look forward to coming back during my travels! GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!! PS: The "gym" is EXCELLENT!!!!!

Cozy Home Away From Home

This meticulously decorated Inn captures that "Ahhhhhh" feeling as soon as you step through the door!  Cassie & Don (owners) did an excellent job in furnishing & maintaining the Inn in the style of a Classy & Clean, yet "Oh Soooo Relaxing" vibe of a seaside home. Even though the neighborhood is safe, all doors are secure for your peace of mind. Sara and Angela work tirelessly to keep your room welcoming, clean, and comfortable. They always ask, "How's everything?...Can I get you anything?" and "Please let me know if you need anything."

This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without Bridget (Manager), who is only a text message away. From greeting guests to addressing any and all concerns, she handles any and all situations with class, charm, and patience! Special "shout-out" to Jeff who is always taking care of the Carolina Beach Inn with a smile on his face and a friendly greeting! If there are any in-person concerns, Bridget will dispatch Jeff who is on-the-spot and is ready to come out in no time! I look forward to coming back in my travels! GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!!!!!

The breakfast is served hot & delicious everyday but it would not be complete without the warm smiles & greetings from the Tyanna, Patrick, Ebony who make sure everything is in order and that all guests are satisfied.

This hotel could not run as efficiently as it does without engineers Vince and Kelle. Special "shout-out" to Buddy, who is always taking care of the Hampton Inn with a smile on his face and a friendly greeting! From greeting guests to addressing any concerns, Binnie, Ty, & Mira navigate the duties at the Front Desk with class, charm, and patience. Stephanie, the General Manager leads by example and does whatever is necessary so that you enjoy your stay. I have observed her assume the role of housekeeper, front desk, and any role that is necessary to keep things going smoothly! I look forward to coming back in my travels!
