Not the worst vet but close
Monroe Animal Care HospitalMy last rescue dog died after a routine surgery and we rescued another dog. The new dog was diagnosed with HW, ear infection and 20k of surgery. The vet said that she could not be spayed because of the HW. The vet tested her for pregnancy but used an X-ray instead of an ultrasound and missed the pregnancy. The vet started our new dog on doxy and pred for HW treatment which damaged the puppies. Thirty days later when I discovered the pregnancy, it was too late to spay and two of the puppies had to be euthanized due to the HW drugs. According to the American HW Association, a HW+ dog may be spayed regardless of their degree of infection.
So, thousands of dollars, wrong diagnosis, wrong tools used, puppies damaged and dead and I paid for it. Now people are calling me telling me similar stories.
