Cute place but lacking
Brentwood HotelA cute place and great location. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Check-in is all done via text and on-line, all of which worked fine. The welcome treats for the dog was a nice touch. On the flip side, service was non-existent. Bar was closed both of the nights we were there and not a single staff member on site. If you need something you need to text. Room was nice and clean, but bed was made with no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and duvet. If you are too warm under the duvet your option is nothing. Also odd is that there is no ice machine on property. On the days when the bar is closed (Monday and Tuesday as best as I can tell) then you need to drive to a convenience store for ice. Very odd, ice in any hotel/motel is a minimum expectation.
