Discriminated against
Hilton Garden Inn MidlandAwful customer service. We will never stay here again. Room was clean but front desk staff were rude and we felt discriminated against. Staff refusing to give us a room unless we made an online reservation but then about 20 minutes later over heard her giving a different lady of similar skin color to herself a room despite her not having a reservation?? Totally ridiculous called Hilton headquarters to complain but no response.
