Discriminated against

Awful customer service. We will never stay here again. Room was clean but front desk staff were rude and we felt discriminated against. Staff refusing to give us a room unless we made an online reservation but then about 20 minutes later over heard her giving a different lady of similar skin color to herself a room despite her not having a reservation?? Totally ridiculous called Hilton headquarters to complain but no response.
