Outstanding staff, exceptionally clean hotel, the ultimate pet friendly hotel! Our favorite pup friendly hotel in the USA. Hotel Arras has an exceptional crew, from the front desk staff to valet, housekeeping, engineering, management, all team members are top notch! We visit Hotel Arras 5-6 times per year because the staff treats us like family. Our favorite thing to do at the hotel is mix and mingle during happy hour from 5-6pm; the hotel provides complimentary wine and an appetizer daily. We highly recommend Hotel Arras to our family and friends.
