Not Really Pet Friendly
Casa Madrona Hotel & SpaFor the exorbitant price of $100 pet fee, we expected at least the typical pet accessories in the room; such as a food and water dish. But there was nothing at all provided for our pet. I had to request room service send a plate and bowl. Which took far too long. After waiting 30 minutes I got up and walked to the restaurant and retrieved the items myself. From check in to departure the front desk lacked any level of graciousness. Despite calling ahead, advising them we were coming for our anniversary, when we checked in, the front staff was almost suspicious of us. No warm welcome. Nothing in suite for the pet. We had to do everything for ourselves because they were so understaffed any requests took over an hour. The room itself was small for being a King Suite. Our “view” was of the air conditioner on the roof top. Not romantic. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were worse than the mattress. I would not send someone I disliked to this place, let alone recommend a friend. We won’t ever be returning and BringFido needs to reconsider listing it as a provider. They provided nothing but a poor attitude.
