Location fit our needs

The room alarm went off at 6am, hall alarm went off at 6:15 am. I called the front desk. The lady came up to turn it off. At 10am housekeeping knocked on the door then again 10 minutes later. We had the sign on the door not to disturb as we were trying to sleep. My husband was not happy as he had been up late. He opened the door and asked her what the hell was the matter with her to do that when the sign was visible. Upon checkout at noon we advised the management of the event and requested our money back. The manager admitted they had previous incidents with this housekeeper and were working on it. They would not refund money.
