Good Stay
Residence Inn by Marriott Boston WoburnI booked this hotel while visiting family in the Woburn area. I booked a two bedroom suite. I brought my mom, sister, and our two large dogs (2 female dogs, 80 pounds each). Pros: VERY spacious for 3 humans and 2 fur babies. The layout was perfect for 3 days and 2 nights. Great location (lots of places to eat and shop). Staff friendly. Check in/out easy. Lots of parking for cars. We requested a corner room and received one. Very happy and quiet.
Cons: When we arrived to the hotel, there was black hair in BOTH showers (we have blonde hair). It was apparent missed housekeeping because the pots, pans, bowls, and silverware were filthy. This building did not have any green space for dogs; where are dogs suppose to use the bathroom? The breakfast was below average; we fed our dogs the eggs and sausage (omelets were frozen not fresh), happy the dogs enjoyed it! Housekeeping was very odd. If you stay under two days you can not receive housekeeping and/or extra towels/linens. Disappointed.
Overall, if this place was cleaner it would have received a 8.5/9 out of 10. For the price, we expected the hotel to be spotless. Would I recommend this place? Overall yes, if you aren’t as picky as us.
