Needs Customer Service Improvements

Hotel is ultramodern, clean, spacious and 25 min walking distance from the capital. We went as a family and our dog. While the hotel allow dogs to stay, that is the extend of “dog friendly” hotel. There is no on-site dog walk area for our furry friends. If your dog needs a bio break at 2am, you’ll be in your PJ walking on the streets. No dog treats or water bowls as I’ve seen at other hotels. There is also daily $30 amenities fee for all the “complimentary” items that are the norm for other higher end hotels, along with $60 daily parking fee. None were told to us at check-in, which typically done at other hotels to ensure the guests are aware of the fees. $100 per night get added to your original price booked isn’t something to be left out.
