A bad experience
Pan Pacific TorontoAlthough we booked the Premier Room and let them know in advance that we would be bringing our pet with us, nobody from the hotel let us know we would not be able to be in the room we booked. They put us last minute on a floor that pets are allowed, but in a room that was extremely dirty and with a terrible view.
My allergies could never. Safe to say I will not be back.

Excellent location and service
Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City CentreStayed there with my pet and, besides having a great location, they also treated us very well. They had a convention going in, so the hotel was very full and the elevator took a while, but the service we received from the staff was superb. They were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and had a great view. It would be my hotel of choice going back to Ottawa.
