Disgusted

We prepaid for a non-smoking room, for a 3 night stay. $500 plus dollars, plus pet fee. We arrived to a hotel room that reeked of odor & mildew. The floors even felt to be moving in certain sections. The bathroom light took a few seconds to come on. Most likely an issue with the wiring. There were stains on the couch. We were sickened to say the least. We checked out within minutes of arriving. As we’re leaving, we let the front receptionist know that the the room smelled of odor and mildew. Then, commented on a refund. She didn’t acknowledge nor offer any type of credit. We’re disgusted to say the least. Our room, as well as the hotel is very old & outdated. We don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
