Long time favorite of ours and our pup
Dry 85Great food, most extensive bourbon and whisky list in the area.
Pre-covid, they had two tables on the sidewalk. During covid, this has expanded a bit.
Great location, great food, but not cheap
Mussel Bar & GrilleWonderful moules frites, extensive European beer list, perfect location on Woodmont Ave.
Not a cheap night out, even if the pup likes bread dipped in mushroom & bacon white wine broth
Love Dogfish Head, doesn't disappoint
Dogfish Head Brewings & EatsArchitecture similar to the brewery in Milton; a bit industrial, a little bit SteamPunk.
Great pizza. Mac and cheese appetizer extremely generous portions (could be it's own entree). Always cool to see unique brews on tap.
Pup loved the pizza crust!
Delaware law changed as of March 2020
EdenDogs ok in outdoor areas again.
FWIW we ate there with our Bernese last Spring; if it's a large dog and you are sitting up against the rail, they may ask for your dog to be outside the rail on the sidewalk so as to not obstruct the patio.
Wonderful Italian meal
Street and Co.Books well in advance, but they accept walk-ins for their outdoor seats. The outdoor seats are weather dependent, though! (one evening, there had been storms earlier in the day and the outdoor tables were never set up).
Great meal!
Lives up to the hype
Eventide Oyster Co.Wonderful fusion spin on classic seafood dishes.
They have about 8 sidewalk tables for you and your dog.
Great lunch
River Hill Sports GrilleCovered patio with fans. Perfect for a hot summer day when the pooch is getting antsy from being cooped up inside.
Upscale tavern food. Salmon BLT is my fave.
