Stay away!
Baymont by Wyndham Springfield ILRoom was dated, scruffy. Long story- they billed us twice. Called at 10pm to tell us card didn’t go thru. I had it in our credit card statement that it did go thru. She insisted on rerunning it. Next morning front desk says we were charged for two rooms. Employees have no authority and had no idea if manager would come in. Finally did refund money. No apology. Manager made employee call us. They obviously don’t care at all. One out of two keys did not work. No plastic cups because “they forgot to order them.” Morning front desk clerk had no idea where a working ice machine was located. We did call corporate and someone will get back to us in a week. It just bothers me they will continue to act like this with no consequences, just taking people’s money.
