Not so great

They treated our Pickles with disdain! We were not offered any of the pet amenities such as the bed or the food and water mat. Hidden fees galore! Our room smelled like a dirty dog and our pup was fixated on one spot by the door that he kept sniffing and scratching at. Human bedding was so-so and the pillows were awful!
