Dog area was terrible

When checking in the front desk didn’t know about my pet. It wasn’t clearly stated where the dog area was. Once we found the dog area we didn’t really want to use it. It was a sand spot back in a corner. It smelt like a cat box. There was cigarette butts and other garbage in the area.
