I found Jeff and his business on-line while searching for dog trainers who did service dogs. I found his knowledge and understanding to be above other trainers that I'd spoken with. I let his resume speak for itself. I've referred him to several people over the last 4 years. No one has had a negative complaint about him. I'm getting ready to send another one my dogs down to him.
