Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bloomington-Normal West ILFirst room had a horrible smell; you could tell pets had urinated on carpet. Carpet was not cleaned and beds were not made. Initially when husband reached out it took a long time for them to respond. We finally went to front desk. Gentleman was helpful and nice. Moved us to a new room that was very clean and nice.

Fabulous hotel
Hotel Chimayo de Santa FeThe staff were so kind and loved our pup. Great location near plaza and great pizza at Lo and Slow. We loved the hotel and will be back!!
