Off highway location
Days Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham DanvilleRoom seemed clean until we discovered that our TV remote was missing. Hotel staff promptly brought us a new one and they were able to connect it to the TV. Next morning, 6:30 a.m., no hot water in the shower. The faucet appeared to be broken. Front desk staff appeared to be unconcerned. Did not offer us a refund, or an alternative shower arrangement. Of course, we immediately thought that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. 4 days later, we're still waiting for the manager to call us.

Nice, quiet location
Hilton Garden Inn Asheville DowntownVery clean. Dog was welcomed. Complimentary shuttle to restaurants, etc. Dog was able to ride in shuttle van.
