Affordable Place to Stay
Sleep Inn South Jordan - SandyI had a petite little room at this hotel that was comfortable, clean, came with nice toiletries and a decent and simple breakfast fare. The coffee cups were crazy small. The grassy area out back is small but comes with poop bags provided and the hallway outside of my room was absolutely littered with trash (possibly blown in front the exit - the rest of the hotel was not at all like that). The pillows were a bit weird and not the most comfortable but there were a few types so I got to select one that worked for me. The best part of this hotel was how quiet it was. Sound just did not seem to carry from other rooms and for the price, it couldn’t be beat. I will gladly stay here again the next time I am in the area for dog sports. Oh, and there was a great park with trail access a 6 minute drive away. Such a nice nearby feature.

Staff was great, hotel was not
Quality Inn Evanston Near Wyoming DownsMy room was in an exterior building shaped like an L. One of the exits had a metal plate screwed across the doors so you couldn’t get out (fire exit concern). The building itself let you hear every noise anywhere near your room. The pillows were possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. The floor was dirty. The grassy courtyard for my dog had grass around the periphery but was a muddy mess in most places. We did not sleep well due to the noise and the pillows and I was happy I had a different hotel booked for the following night.
