Lousy horrible customer service

we attempted to come here Saturday 9/9/23. we were informed at the hostess stand that they didn’t open the patio. that was the statement said with their backs to us. “we didn’t open the patio”. and left us standing there like 2 degenerates with our confused goldendoodle. fine, it’s ok, don’t open your patio but have the decency to look at us, maybe even apologize or offer for us to sit out there with maybe slower service seeing as we drove 30 minutes to get there! if you have a dog, don’t come here. they can’t even be bothered to treat you like a human being. very disappointed!!!
