Good location

We stayed two separate nights at the Red Roof near Knoxville. Rooms are large, institutional and adequate. Unless you are in a Plus member room amenities are haphazard, as in a coffee maker but no cups. Our first room AC worked on fan only and the floors and our clothes were wet the next morning. Front desk informed but seemed uninterested in responding to this problem. That said, good DIY breakfast; our 90 lb lab was happy to stay here.
