Rude staff

Made a reservation through BringFido and checked to make sure there was no pet size restrictions (there were none listed, just a very reasonable $25/night fee). My husband drove up with one of our dogs from Texas to go see his mom (didn't want to inconvenience her by staying at her place). Hubby shows up, finds out they changed his room from a double to a Queen (including the additional rate charge) and they had a problem with a large dog. The rudeness from whomever was "in charge" was unacceptable. He told my husband "If you don't like it you don't have to fu**ing stay here." My husband drove to his mother's and I called BringFido to make sure we were not charged and to get our trip insurance refunded. The person I spoke with at BringFido called the Willard Munger Inn and got attitude as well. I applaud Bringfido, as they provided exemplary customer service. Too bad I can't say the same for the Willard Munger Inn. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative dog bones I would.
