Crap Customer Experience

When it comes to dog grooming they have an an amazing groomer, called Nick, who is super friendly and accomodating and does a great job. BUT, there is always a but, you have to get past abysmal customer service by receptionists and management. I strongly advise to not engage with this service. One bone is very generous.
