This place needs work

Shower Head broken, held up with a couple of wire ties. TV would not turn off (all night). Soap dispenser was falling off the shower wall. Worst of all the elevator broke down with my wife inside. When we got her out they mentioned it had been breaking down a lot lately. My wife asked why they didn't put a cone in front of the entrance to stop people from entering and they said "good idea, thanks". On the bright side, the check-in front desk team was very nice and friendly. Won't stay there again.
