So beautiful and dog-friendly
Lucayan National ParkWe enjoyed our visit to Lucayan National Park today. The park ranger who greeted us and gave an overview was kind to our pup. The park is beautiful, particularly the caves. It's a quick visit, with about an hour walking all told, but you can also spend time swimming at the lovely Gold Rock Beach, know as the welcome Mat of Grand Bahama.
So pleasant for all of us
Miller's Ale HouseWe were expecting to sit out in the cold as usual (January), but their "Outside" is a lovely enclosed bar. The food was excellent. I recommend the nachos. We were delighted to find this spot.
Hot dogs and puppy dogs!
Dog Haus Biergarten RosevilleThis place has a nice, comfortable patio, a great menu, super-friendly staff and a full beer selection. We really liked it and they made a plain hamburger patty for my Mia.
We had the best time!
Down the HatchThis place welcomed me with my dog so perfectly! Their Pulled pork nachos were amazing and it has a very relaxed vibe. I particularly enjoyed playing with the cream lab that was also there.
Good choice, but maybe not the best.
Crescent City GrillThe food is excellent and the staff was very accommodating to Mia. The patio is attached to the bar at the back of the restaurant and the only way in/out is through the restaurant and bar, so that was inconvenient. Also, the patio allows smoking. However, both the menu and the service were above expectations.
