Horrible owner

Do not take your dog here ..she's come back emaciated with bites all over her ...and fleas ...she looks traumatized...trying to say she has heat spots ....should be ashamed of yourselves ....they had an answer for everything...a well rehearsed script ....I'm going to have to take her to the vets now to get her treated...when I called to express my disappointment she threatened to send some to my home ..glad I recorded the conversation..
