Rude Front Desk Clerk
La Quinta by Wyndham OshawaI checked in before my partner (who was bringing the pupper), then my partner got there and when we went to front desk to register the second vehicle we were told, "You should have told us you had a dog" to which I replied "We booked through BringFido, of course we have a dog." We were told dogs were only allowed on the first floor (our room was third and they couldn't move us because first was sold out) and again, we were told we should have told them. I reminded them that we paid the $25 fee for the dog, which they acknowledged they knew, so they WERE aware at our check-in that a dog was coming and they said nothing. They did let us stay, but shaming your customers??? VERY poor customer service!
