Do not go!!!

Extremely loud AC in the units. If I was so exhausted, I would not have been able to sleep. The facility is old, dingy, and smells. The elevator takes forever and sounds like it is going to break. The sink in the bathroom had black mildew under it. And we’re asked to fill out a pet agreement. No matter what policy I’ve read, this is the first place to charge the pet fee. We travel a lot always with our dogs. They charged $15 additional for parking. All together the cost of the worst room I've seen in 15 years was $290. The Wyndham around the corner would have been cheaper and is oceanfront.

In the morning, we we were asked just before they ran our card to fill out a second pet agreement and then they ran our card. We were not told the total until we asked the guy then were informed it’s expensive to travel with pets. This was the single worst hotel experience in a long list of great experiences. DO NOT GO HERE AND DEFINITELY DONT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!!! Everywhere is dog friendly down here and these people are rip-off artists. The customer service is bad and there business practices are shady. I’ve never had any hotel trick me into signing something and not inform me of the details, then state, "Well, you signed it afterwards." Hopefully this prevents others from being taken advantage of.
