Fabulous hotel, bad acoustics

This hotel is truly one of the most pet friendly I've stayed at. Staff are professional and obviously dog lovers. Its also a great location. Unfortunately, this an older hotel with horrible acoustics. You can literally hear every footstep upstairs in both the hallways and the guest rooms. I slept with earplugs, bathroom fan and AC fan running and was still awoken by seemingly normal activities on the floor above me.

Very accommodating

Embassy Suites Charleston

Staff were super friendly and efficient, even helped with 1 dog as I unpacked car and my 2nd dog. Room immediately off the elevator for quick potty breaks and doggie treats provided too.
