Super close to Jackson
Cache Creek TrailMy husband and I are not expert hikers by any means so these trails were perfect for us. The signs there say dogs must be on a leash but we saw multiple dogs off leash on the trail. A local told us that dogs only need to be on a leash in the parking lot and that off leash was ok on the trail. Again we aren’t big hikers so we did take a wrong turn and ended up going longer than we thought.

Perfect activity if you have a dog
Black Dog Raft CompanyThis was very enjoyable! It is hard to find activities you can do with your dog and this was perfect. Private float so you don’t have to worry about other people or dogs. It was very peaceful out on the water and our guide was very friendly!

Outside Cheyenne but great camping spot
Terry Bison RanchWe camped here with our dog and really enjoyed it. We had a truck top tent so was put in an open area vs an actual spot. It was kind of secluded from others which was nice. They have a little shop and a restaurant on site which were dog friendly. The restaurant was a little slow when we went so they allowed us to bring our dog inside and even gave him a bowl for water. We would definitely stay again!

Nice and very pet friendly
Teton Mountain Lodge and SpaWe stayed one night while in the Jackson area. The hotel is pretty expensive (at least for us) but the place was super nice. You have to call for dog friendly rooms as well. The thing I loved most was that when we arrived, they had a water and food bowl already in there along with a cute doggy basket with some gifts for our pooch. They included some treats, a couple toys, a blanket and a sign for the door in case you leave your dog in the room. We never left our dog but I was shocked they were ok with it. The Teton village area was great as well - kind of secluded from the the busy town.

Nice area
Accomplice Beer CompanyWe stopped here for brunch and the outdoor seating did have shade from the building due to the position of the sun. As the time went, so did the shade unfortunately. The food was decent and we enjoyed the beer. The area was also nice and close to shops. I’m not sure if we went on a busy or crazy day but trying to order food was a little hectic. We had never been before and it didn’t seem like they came out to take your order so I went inside. It took forever for a worker to finally take my order after then walking by me multiple times. But again, never had been before so maybe I just didn’t know the protocols

Super dog friendly
T-Joe's Steakhouse & SaloonWe randomly stopped here on our way thru and saw it allowed dogs. When we went in, they even offered us for indoor seating if our dog was behaved. They had a little outdoor deck with a fenced in yard for the dog which was amazing!

Fun place
Mangy Moose Steakhouse and SaloonWe had heard this place had a famous spicy margarita and had to stop. We were able to have our dog on the outdoor seating area and the servers even asked if they needed to bring him some water. The food was really good and that margarita was perfection!

Great place, great food
Cafe GenevieveMy husband and I were visiting Jackson and we stopped by with our dog for brunch. Dogs are allowed on their patio/outdoor area. Service was great and the food was really good!
