Good hotel
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham MontgomeryWe stayed one night on our way to Florida. It was a challenge to get into using Google Maps. Once there the hotel was fine. Limited dog walking areas, garbage and extra building supplies laying around. Room itself was fine and recently updated. We were on the first floor.

Needs updating
Rodeway Inn Near I-35 LamoniI’d give a 2.5 as room appeared clean but was in need of updating. I’m now used to vinyl planking floors so the carpet was an issue for me. Gypsy our Golden had no issues with the hotel. We stayed one night and were glad we found something close to I-35. I knew it was pretty basic due to the price.

In need of cleaning and repair
Baymont by Wyndham OzarkThis hotel is in need of repairs and cleaning. Outside is littered with garbage and pool area had bags of garbage by it. Pool house door was open and it looked like it had been ransacked by possible homeless people. Front desk person was friendly but feeling overwhelmed by number of guests coming through for rooms. TV didn’t work. Would not recommend.

Hidden gem
Best Western Presidential Hotel & SuitesWasn’t sure what to expect but this one was a pleasant surprise. Very clean hotel and breakfast area. Nice grassy fields to walk your dog. Quiet hotel. We had a king suite and it was very clean and comfortable. Not many restaurants close to hotel. Dogs/pets were on 3rd floor. Dog recommended.
