Great value
Plantation Suites and Conference CenterRoom were clean and free breakfast was OK. Walking our had dog some issues. The lawn area has grass burrs not friendly for a dogs paws.

MacDaddy's Family KitchenVery friendly staff and their food is great
Provided our with a huge bowl of ice/water.
Our meals of brisket plate and a double cheeseburger were awesome.
As a native Texan, I would rate the brisket as some of the best I have had.

Dog friendly but food is just so/so.
Grumbles Seafood Co.Staff was awesome and very friendly and extremely dog friendly.
Our food was disappointing for the price. Fried Oysters and Shrimp where small for a restaurant in a coastal/port location..
