Customer picks fleas and residue from dog inside Seneca Meadows, Germantown Panera

According to the BringFido policy, owners are able to bring pets to the tables located outside of the Seneca Meadows Panera restaurant. Today, 10.26.24 @ 11 am customer was allowed to bring their pet dog into the restaurant where it sat on the seats of an open side booth while she picked fleas/cold residue/some build up from its ears and face then she rub the gunk off of her hand onto the seat where other customers would sit. NASTY, UNSANITARY to the highest!! I expressed concern to the manager on duty and was told that they could not interfere with a customer and their pet for safety and protection reasons. When I asked him about my safety and protection he shrugged his shoulders indicating to me that mine didn't matter. As I sit here 10 minutes after the customers with the dog left the restaurant, no one has come to sanitize the area where the grossness took place. People coming in will now be exposed to dead of alive fleas and dog residue.
