Given wrong room

I reserved a poolside room and we were put in a standard room. Ended up overpaying for a standard room and not getting the experience we wanted as we chose this more expensive property because of the poolside room/amenities at the pool. Will not be going back as they had poolside rooms available that they were unwilling to move us into. They also did not provide any pet amenities.
