Worst stay EVER!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson Downtown - Coliseum an IHG HotelNo hot water for the entire stay. Room was dirty and the faucets had brown cold water ONLY! They also put us in a room next to the service and pantry area which was noisy and my dogs barked all night. When we tried to talk to the clerk about how dirty the room was, we were ignored! If it wasn’t 1am when we got there, we would have stayed somewhere else. We were told no compensation would be granted for the dirty room with NO hot water!!!
