Good food and dog friendly
The FloridianThe food was very good. The outdoor overflow area where we sat was nice, tables are far enough apart to give a big Lab space. Our dog seemed to appreciate being able to lay down on the mulch. Waitress brought water for dog after being asked. A couple of people in the same seating area came over to pet our pooch, which he greatly enjoyed.

Dog friendly and great pizza
Mellow MushroomWe like Mellow Mushroom, so seeing that they are dog friendly at this location was awesome. Our waitress was very nice to our pooch. He appreciated the water and they brought an extra bowl so he could eat his kibble while we were dining (keeping dog on a routine while traveling can be hard). The local cats kept our Lab attentive for a while, he eventually got bored and settled in and ignored them.

Never seen so many dogs!
La Quinta by Wyndham Florence4 stars as hotel, 5 bones for a hotel with a dog. The room was clean, beds and pillows were fine, we appreciated that the floors were tile. Plenty of space for our Lab to be comfy and for his bed. Dog area out back was a great place for the pooch to relieve himself. Lots of people traveling with their dogs. Staying there again on way back home.
