AMAZING RESORT

We stayed here for New Year's Eve weekend, Friday-Monday. Brought along all 3 of the pups and they absolutely loved it. Hotel is very pet friendly and extremely spacious. The grounds have PLENTY of greenery and walking areas for the pets without any restrictions. One of my pups was nervous on her first day and unfortunately had an accident on the hallway rug on our way down for our walk. Notified the front desk and they sent someone from housekeeping to clean up without any hesitation. Didn’t even ask me for my room number, excellent customer service.

They have a pet friendly floor, extremely clean. Rooms were big enough to accommodate pet beds and or crates/play pens. Rooms also do a great job cancelling outside noise like fireworks. If you’re planning on going to Disney, this resort is right outside the gates. Perfect location to head back from the parks for a quick walk before park hopping to your next Disney park. Restaurant/food options are great, you don’t even have to leave the resort. Cannot recommend this resort enough for your whole family, fur babies included, to enjoy!
