Needs attention

Almost empty parking lot, yet put into a room with broken lock. Leaking cold air from door. No shampoo or conditioner. Low flow from sink faucet, but it did pour water out of faucet handle onto the countertop. Should we assume this room was one of the best repaired/functioning in the hotel? Will stay somewhere else next trip.
