A great place to stay!

Hampton Inn Collinsville

We got in a little later and the two men at the front desk were so nice. The hotel had a pleasant smell when you walked in. Our room was clean. The dog area to the side of the building was large and they did a good job of keeping it clean. On a side note, their shampoo and conditioner is awesome!

Smelly room

Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo

We have stayed here several times and have always liked it. However, this time was different. The room smelled of dog urine. Isn't this why we are charged pet fees, so that we can have clean rooms? There were plenty of patches for going potty, and the common areas of the hotel were clean. The location is convenient. It was very thoughtful to tuck us back in a corner room.

Nice stay

Hampton Inn Clarksville

This hotel was so quiet. The room was ok. The dog area in the back was very nice. My biggest complaint was the breakfast selection. But the amenities for my dogs, and the paraben and sulfate free shampoo and conditioner more than made up for it! The hotel staff was very friendly. This is a good stop when traveling with pets.

Don't do it!

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

Usually, when I have nothing nice to say, I just don't say anything. I will make an exception. BringFido is a wonderful app and my review does not reflect them. This was the worst hotel that I have ever been to. Location felt unsafe. Parking lot full of peculiar people doing peculiar things. Small parking lot. I didn't see any areas for pottying the pups.

My first sign should have been walking into the portioned lobby, with buzz in security door and check-in window. For a non smoking property, the foyer smelled like marijuana. Greeted by an extremely unfriendly woman, who did not speak strong English. She buzzed us in, but the door wouldn't open. Just kept screaming "open door," "open door on right." My husband had to nearly pull it off the hinges to get in. Check-in took way too long, and she kept asking me how many dogs I had, when I had put the info in the reservation, she saw them, and I had to tell her three times.

Onto the room. We walked in, and a smell comparable to urine (not pet?) hit us. There was no carpeting, which is smart, but then I had to question where the smell was coming from. My husband pulled out one of the pillows and saw yellow stains all over it. We decided not to stay. Went back out to said unfriendly lady, and told her we weren't staying. I told her the room stinks and is filthy. She told me that's because it is a pet room.

I told her to go look at the yellow pillows. She said that she would put us in another room. I declined, she told me to call Expedia. We got out of Dodge! For her to even suggest that we stay in a room as dirty, because we have pets is wrong. We deserve clean rooms, the people before me paid pet fees, and so did I. We pay these fees for extra cleaning efforts. I would give this zero bones if I could. Sorry so long. Don't want anyone else to make this mistake.
