Not great

We arrived to find the hotel did not have our reservation from BringFido. Thankfully it was a Monday night and there were plenty of rooms available. The only employee we encountered was a young man at the front desk. He was not friendly or helpful. The room was run down and in need of attention. We were grateful for a place to rest for the night but will pick a different hotel next time.
