NOT really pet friendly at all

The review that said they have a covered patio with heaters might have been true at one time but is no longer true (I have never seen it). I went with my dog over a year ago and the patio was NOT covered and the heaters at that time were not operational. I went two weeks ago with a friend that got a gift certificate from her sister based on reviews that said this place is dog friendly and decided not to stay because the staff said there are a few seats outside with NO heaters available. They do have a covered enclosed patio but they do NOT allow dogs on that patio.
Oh, the food here is okay but I do not consider it great.
