Terrible experience
Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix BiltmoreWe arrived late. We just wanted to get in the room and get our baby to sleep but once we got out the room, it reeked of dog urine. I tried to turn on the air conditioning to circulate the air to see if that would help but the AC was so loud that it actually scared the baby. They moved us to another room which took about 45 minutes because there was only one person at the desk and a lot of people checking in. There is no grassy area nearby and there is just poop everywhere. We contacted them afterwards to get a receipt for the pet fee charges and three weeks later and several calls, we have still not received the correct receipt.

Comfortable and spacious
MainStay Suites St. Robert Fort Leonard WoodWe were traveling with a baby, a dog, and a cat, so we definitely needed some space. This location had plenty of that and the room was clean. It’s a little outdated, but the staff was super accommodating.
