Hi Elena: I had a very strict policy and didn't offer my washer or dryer to any of my guests after too many incidents such as the one that occurred during your stay. Out of the kindness of my heart, I drove to the home and let you and your partner use my washing machine. When I returned after your departure my washing machine needed to be serviced because you didn't empty any of your pockets. The bill cost me close to $500. I'm also not entirely sure what this incident has to do with pets. In addition, you and your partner brought two dogs and attempted to not pay my pet fee. The only reason I was able to see that was due to my outdoor camera of your dogs in my backyard.
