Kind service, dingy room

The woman who checked us in was very nice. We were all set up with a pet friendly room so that was easy. The hotel was quiet. The only bad thing I have to say was the room itself was kind of gross. The carpets looked old and filthy (didn’t want to walk on it barefoot), the light in the bathroom flickered violently, the towels were thin and rough, there was a pincher bug in the bathroom, the pillows smelled musty. Decent hotel desperately in need of updates.
