There was no charging station for the phone. No towels or a remote for the TV and I had to wait some time for receiving these items.

I was able to charge my phone. Clean room on the 1st floor and a nice place for the dogs to do their business.

I was hoping for an area that had a place for my dogs to have a romp/do their business. Also no place to charge my phone
