Dirty and run down

There were hairs and dirty handprints in bathroom and shower, the vertical plastic wall trim was falling off the wall, and the carpet was shredded at the vanity area. The room refrigerator was greasy and the microwave was circa 1970s with a dial. The shower had a very slow drain, resulting in standing in water to bathe.
