Pleasantly surprised

We were very impressed by the level of service provided by all of the staff. The valet crew is extremely friendly and eager to assist your every move trying to get into the hotel. They also send a staff member with a luggage cart to your room which is always NICE when you have three dogs and a bunch of luggage! There was a $75 pet fee but they are extremely pet friendly it’s just an extra cleaning fee which is understandable. There’s a grassy area right across the street from the hotel making potty time a breeze! We were reluctant to booking here because the hotel is so old and the price was so cheap! When we arrived we thought it was beautiful and well kept. Would definitely stay again for the value!
