No pet fee
Aloft RaleighOur experience was similar to the other reviewer - there were no "extras" for the dog. That being said, if you have a nice hotel and you don't charge an extra fee, I'm happy. They did allow our dog to roam around the lobby area and the people at the front desk were very friendly towards the dog.
The hotel is in a nice pedestrian friendly area so it is easy to take the dog out for a walk.
They told us no dogs in the pool but the pool deck was allowed (though it was too cold to spend time there).

Great for dogs
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelVery dog friendly hotel. In the lobby and courtyard there were always dogs. We got a bag of treats and a roll of bags at check-in. Our dog also got treats from the valet on several occasions. During the free happy hour from 5-6 pm there were always lots of dogs on the patio.
The hotel doesn't allow dogs in the pool area and apparently a couple people were asked to keep their big dogs off the furniture.
There parks everywhere in Savannah so it's easy to find a place close to the hotel to walk the dog.
