Spartan but clean
Americas Best Value Inn BellevilleClean but small room, good bed, friendly management. Not much of a breakfast, however.

OK hotel, but the management...
Wrangler Inn MobridgeI had initially booked my room for 3 nights. Then, I realized that I would want at least one more, so I rebooked for 4 nights. When I arrived, they had 2 rooms for me - 1 3-night, and 1 4-night. Obviously I only needed one room. However, they still insisted on sticking me for the cost of a night on the 3-room reservation. Maybe I made a mistake - I get that. But given that I wasn't just bailing on them last minute, and still had a 4 night reservation, I was quite perturbed. (I was tempted to just do one night, cancel the rest without penalty, and stay somewhere else, leaving them with less than if they had been fair with me). Even BringFido tried to talk to them, but to no avail. Room was OK and they provided "dog towels" for messy dogs, but the management was greedy and small minded.
