Poor communication

Even though I booked through the BringFido, the hotel didn’t have on my reservation that I was traveling with a dog. Also, the hotel website says it’s a $75 fee for the dog but they charged me that + an additional $40 non refundable incidental pet fee upon check-in that I didn’t see anywhere listed on their site, so it was actually $115 for the pet fee. Lastly, they did not offer any details such as where dogs could use the bathroom, poop bags, etc. The hotel and rooms were clean but the check-in process and pet situation is seriously lacking. Also they said they would email me a receipt but I have not received it. I plan to call their corporate office on Monday to inquire/complain about the additional $40 fee.
